Deep-fried popcorn shrimp served with our spicy cocktail sauce

PASTORY WINGS
Chicken wings tossed in our own hot sauce or our friend's Trinidad Charlie's Fire Sauce, served with our house Bleu Cheese sauce for dipping

CHICKEN TALONS (fingers)
Chickens don't have fingers! Cut from a fresh chicken breast, breaded in Panko crumbs and deep fried; served with a house-made honey mustard sauce

The big favorite!! Fresh Romaine Lettuce topped with spicy Thai chicken, marinated peanuts, julienne carrots and rice noodles in our own Thai basil dressing

A seafood cobb with four junbo shrimp, a sliced hard boiled egg, diced tomatoes, Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, and bacon

An 8oz Yellow Fin Tuna steak grilled and painted with a Wasabi Mayonnaise

SMOKED SHRIMP
Jumbo shrimp seasoned in our own smoker and broiled in white wine; served with a side of pineapple salsa

A traditional favorite of beer-battered Mahi-Mahi, served with a chipotle
tartar sauce and shoestring fries
